These are a few of the most commonly asked questions that we receive. If you can't find an answer here please contact us and we will do our best to help get the information you are seeking.

How do I place a custom/personalized order?

Personalization is available on most of our products. if applicable, details will be in the individual product description. Click here to initiate a custom order. Please allow 48 hours for a response.  You can also schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your vision. 

What is your turnaround time on custom orders?

Since most of our products are handcrafted, in-house we ask that you allow 15-20 business days for order processing, production and delivery. We make every effort to complete your order in less time.  Processing times may change based on our workload when your deposit is received. Our production schedules may also be extended during peak shopping seasons. We will communicate any changes as soon as we are aware. 

Do you require a deposit on custom orders?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to start a custom order. The amount is usually 25% - 33% of the order total and is based on the scope of work and materials needed to complete the order. The remaining balance is due with approval to print/complete the order.

Will I receive a draft of the design?

In most instances a digital draft will be provided in 5-7 business days on all custom design and/or print orders. 

 

Can you re-create a design I saw? 

In most instances we can create something similar to your inspiration photo/design, however, we only use clipart that we hold commercial license/rights to use. We do not use unlicensed copyrighted or trademark art/images in our designs.

Do you make product labels/packaging for businesses?

Yes, we can create labels, bags, boxes and many other items to represent your brand.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna.

 

Can I ship to different/multiple address(es)?

Yes, you may ship to different or multiple addresses. Each address is subject to a separate shipping fee based on the item(s) being shipped. 

 

Do you offer local pick up?

We offer local pick-up in the Baltimore Metro Area. Pickup instructions will be provided when your order is ready.
 

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We currently use USPS for shipping.

 

Will I receive a draft of the design?

What are your business hours?

Shop our online store 24/7/365! Our office hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. We are closed on weekends, as well as the following national holidays:

 

  • New Year's Day - Friday, January 1

  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - Monday, January 18

  • Memorial Day - Monday, May 31 

  • Independence Day - July 5th

  • Labor Day - Monday, September 6

  • Veterans Day - Thursday, November 11

  • Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 25

  • Christmas - Saturday, December 25
